Born & brought up in the Pink City - Jaipur, Aishwarya’s childhood was full of rich heritage and a cultural-rich environment. The city is very close to her heart and its rich handicraft sector has always managed to surprise her. Growing up, she saw the beauty of hand embroidery and embellishment on fabrics through her father’s business. The love and passion he had for his work led Aishwarya to create her own story through her brand 'The Jaipur Story'.

The beginning…
“It had always been at the back of my mind while growing up. But, it took shape when I finished college and started creating outfits for my friends and family. Since then, there has been no turning back,” Aishwarya states.

The brand works with different techniques, crafts and elements from the city of Jaipur, bringing out its essence in each handcrafted product. Inspired by the art and architecture, craft and culture, handicrafts and the aura of the city; the products depict Jaipur and its beauty in the truest sense.
