A kickstart to Neha and Saksham's careers in the garment trade was made by their academic background and respective professional experience. The year 2015, in which Neha graduated from Pearl Academy, New Delhi, finally became the time when she stepped into the professional world. She gained valuable experience working with Happily Unmarried, Bhaane, AM: PM, and Rahul Khanna would have been Nidhi & Saksham before they took the bold step of starting their label, Saksham & Neharicka, in 2018. Saksham's journey began with his B. Textile Design from NIFT, Kangra. As partners, they began their entrepreneurship journey, and it was in 2018 that the Saksham & Neharicka company was co-founded. Regarding their expertise—from fashion to textile design—and shared vision, the Fashion and Textile Design label has consistently astonished everyone with their talent and mastery in their respective fields.

The brand of Neha and Saksham is a fabulous blend of Indian streets and culture as it fuses old and new concepts. While their prints are the most striking, you will find a mood of street art and hand embroidery with silver appliques, aari, and zardozi work, which is like decoration of the public transports.
