Sonal Wadhwa
Born as a middle child in a family with a strong business background, Sonal was always creative as a child. Her elder sister inspired her to pursue a formal education in the field of design and hence, she went on to bag a degree in Textile Design from India's most prestigious fashion institute NIFT. She is extremely passionate about cooking and baking. When she’s not working, one can find her trying out new recipes. She also has a pet dog named Kiki who is all hearts for her!

The beginning…
Sonal’s career began when she started working in an export house in 2009 and later went on to work with one of the best names in Indian designer wear - Anju Modi.
A Clutch Story
Founded in 2018, A Clutch Story is an accessories label based in Delhi that specializes in premium handcrafted clutches and potlis. The idea was to promote Indian Textiles with a modern twist. The label believes that if people spend 10% of the money they spend on clothing in accessories instead, it would accentuate their look to a whole new level. The USP of the brand is that each piece is handmade by the Karigars and different embroidery techniques are used to create unique designs.
