Urvi
Urvi has been a creative prodigy with a flare of producing artistic work since a very young age. From creating drapes out of her mother’s old sarees to sketching portraits and fashion drawings, the designer always had a knack for art and craft . She then pursued her formal education. Urvi holds a Postgraduate Degree in Fashion Design from Pearl Academy, where she acquired many accolades for her work, including the best design collection award in the final collection.

The beginning…
After a degree, Urvi had the opportunity to work with several Indian contemporary designers to hone my skills. Eventually, it led to the launch of her own brand Vyasa by Urvi. The label was born with the desire to create designs which are a reflection of modern-day women’s individuality and self-expression.

Vyasa by Urvi is a label that is aimed to seamlessly integrate traditional techniques with a contemporary influence. The label works towards indigenous and intricate hand embroideries incorporated over modern silhouettes with creative placements. A Juxtaposition of modern and ethnic virtuosity is the design aesthetic of the label for the modern-day woman.
Highlighted Collections
Urvi chooses ‘The Pastel Forest’ as her favourite collection. Its concentrates on muted pastels and contrasting colour tones with intricate and self-contained embroideries, creative drapes and silhouettes, using flowy fabrics, embedded over floral motifs inspired by nature, forest and flora.
